Non Contested Candidates; Smells Like Castro
Things to consider when you cast your ballot in Cabarrus County....
Hmm! The ballot appears to be less "cluttered" this election season. Where are the Libertarians?
Honey, Why is there only one candidate to choose from?
Why can't I vote for myself and have the vote counted? I am eligible to serve according to the U.S. and N.C. Constitutions. How can they violate the Constitution and more importantly, my civil rights?
Dear, didn't they overturn Jim Crow laws years ago? Why are third party and independent voters treated like second class citizens?
How can this happen in America?
Below is a list of non-contested candidates advertised on my sample ballot...
Linda Johnson (N.C. House 83) *
Roxann Vaneekhoven (District Attorney)
Fred A. Biggers (Clerk Of Superior Court)
W. Erwin Spainhour (Superior Court Judge)
William G. Hamby, Jr (District Court Judge)
Donna Hedgepeth Johnson (District Court Judge)
Michael G. Knox (District Court Judge)
Martin B. (Marty) McGee (District Court Judge)
*Jeff Barnhart (N.C. House 82) is a non contested candidate as well.
It must be nice to know the outcome of the election months in advance. The worst part of this rigged game is the write-in ban. Like the sample ballot says...."Write-in votes are authorized only in certain races". No write-in votes, in clear violation of voting and civil rights, will be "authorized" in the non-races above.
Hail Caesar!
Damn cheaters!
Challenge The Write-In Ban! Vote For Yourself!
